4. Pricing & Payment

All course prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) including tax. Payment is required upfront or according to selected plan, and must be completed in full before starting.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may withdraw from a course anytime by notifying us at least 10 days prior to the start date.

Partial refunds: No refunds for sessions or content already accessed.
Full refund: Only possible if the program has not yet commenced.

6. Limitation of Liability

SpiritBossHubX is not liable for third party actions or misuse of course materials. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your enrollment.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be resolved at the court of Geneva, Switzerland.
